What to Expect
The minimum treatment time for first time patients is 60 minutes. Your treatment time includes assessment, hands-on treatment, and reassessment/education.
At your first appointment, Rietta will go through your medical history, and conduct a thorough assessment of your current condition or injury. This may take up to 15 minutes at the beginning of your visit to complete, depending on the complexity of your condition. These are necessary steps in order to determine the most effective treatment for your specific condition. There will be a short reassessment after your treatment, followed by patient education. Assessment time at subsequent visits will typically be much shorter.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment and 36 hours notice for all 75 minute and 90 minute treatments. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file. For the first late cancellation the patient will be responsible for 50% of the visit fee, then all subsequent late cancellations the patient will be responsible for 100% of the visit fee.
